Growing Stockport company is looking for a Contact Centre Manager with a proven track record in sales and performance management to join their team.
This is a newly created role due to growth and presents an exciting opportunity for someone to make a significant impact!
The role will involve:
1. Day-to-day management of a sales-based claims team
2. Assessing and improving processes and team performance
3. Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and retention
4. Managing the integration and training of an offshore out-of-hours function
Working hours are flexible within a regular week, typically between 8am-8pm.
The salary is negotiable based on skills and experience, approximately £36-40k.
