About the Role Location: Southmoor, Hampshire Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Thurs 9:30–17:30, Fri 9:30–17:00) Contract: Permanent, Full Time On-call: Yes (rota-based) Belmont Recruitment is working with a leading domestic abuse charity to recruit a Deputy Service Manager (Children & Young People’s Service) to support and manage frontline staff, deliver high-quality outreach services, and contribute to safeguarding, training, and service development across Hampshire. This role is trauma-informed and focused on empowering children, young people, and families affected by domestic abuse. You will work closely with statutory and voluntary partners, ensuring safe, effective, and innovative services while supporting staff development and quality assurance.
