Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Hands-on experience providing IT support in a workplace environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID Familiarity with ITIL Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities Exposure to automation, AI-powered tools, or monitoring platforms (desirable) Experience with PowerShell and/or Power Automate (desirable) Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving problems efficiently and escalating when needed. Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows (desirable). Assist colleagues with IT tools, providing guidance, training, and clear documentation. Monitor and maintain devices to ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met. Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and enhance the end-user experience.
