Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve performance targets Run daily meetings and support the team with coaching and development Monitor individual performance through regular one-to-ones Drive new instructions and repeat business through strong local relationships Build and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers Arrange property viewings and support buyers through the process Negotiate offers and agree sales Ensure the branch operates in line with industry regulations and compliance standards What We’re Looking For Full UK driving licence (manual) At least 2 years’ experience in estate agency in a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or similar role Proven ability to lead or mentor a team Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to create and deliver branch business plans Good understanding of the local property market and competitors Knowledge of current estate agency legislation Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent customer service skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail Benefits £60,000 OTE Basic salary £22,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience) Six months of supplementary payments while you build your pipeline Uncapped commission structure Company car or car allowance Fully funded Level 2 Estate Agent qualification Career progression opportunities Company-wide incentive programme Employee Assistance Programme
