We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Information & Operations Manager to lead our Medical Information function and ensure the highest standards of medical communication and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Oversight: Lead the Medical Information function, providing strategic direction and oversight.
* Agency Management: Oversee our third-party medical information agency to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
* Response Development: Develop responses to second-line enquiries and create standard response letters.
* Quality Assurance: Review standard responses created by others to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Reporting & Oversight: Ensure appropriate oversight and reporting across the Medical Information function.
* Post-Trial Access Programmes: Manage Post-trial access programmes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the wider medical team and cross-functional business teams to support overall business objectives.
