SEN Teaching Assistant - Day-to-Day Supply

We are looking for exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, specifically supporting primary settings in the Reigate area. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for Nurturing Independence in children, we want to hear from you.
This is a Day-to-Day Supply role, offering you the flexibility to work within the local Reigate community while making a profound impact on the lives of students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
The Role
As an SEN TA on supply, you will provide 1:1 or small group support for children with various needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, or physical disabilities.
* Local Impact: Work within the Reigate primary school circuit on a flexible basis.
* Tailored Support: Implement EHCP goals and adapt to different learning styles to help pupils thrive.
* Nurturing Independence: Guide students toward self-reliance in a Supportive, Successful, and Safe environment.
* Collaboration: Work alongside Class Teachers and SENCOs to ensure every child has a positive school day.
Requirements
* Essential Experience: Proven experience working with children with SEN is a must.
* Resilience: The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complex behaviours effectively.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or positive de-escalation techniques is highly desirable.
* Commitment: A dedicated approach to student progress and a "lifelong learner" mindset.
* Logistics: Ideally based in or near Reigate with a proactive approach to daily supply bookings.
