An exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our dynamic project team. Based primarily at our Walsall Office, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects within the Southern and Central Frameworks. This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to projects ranging from £250k to £8M, partnering with leading water companies.

What’s the role:
* Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests at supplier premises and generating comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
* Managing the electrical work scope during the Solution Pricing Stage, coordinating with subcontractors to guarantee adherence to design requirements.
* Collaborate with the design team to deliver robust and efficient solutions to client requirements.
* Participating in technical planning and project programming, ensuring the alignment of designs with company standards and specifications.
* Overseeing the compilation and verification of project operation, maintenance manuals, and other essential completion documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
* Assisting in progress monitoring and reporting to the M&E Project Manager, providing timely updates on project status and potential issues.
What you'll need:
* Prior experience in the water industry is highly desirable, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges, standards, and practices.
* Possess an HNC/HND or equivalent degree in engineering, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering principles and knowledge.
* Good understanding of Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) regulations, with comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols, emphasizing a commitment to safety throughout project execution.
* A background in Electrical and Mechanical engineering is preferred.
* Hold a valid UK driving license, enabling flexibility and mobility for site visits and project-related travel as required.
