Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive with a creative mind who will help us make an impact through creative, on-brand marketing campaigns that make a difference.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
* Develop and implement quarterly and annual marketing strategies to promote Edinburgh Leisure’s facilities, services, events, and projects.
* Create, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns, projects, and communication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Lead on direct and indirect customer communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
* Conduct market research to analyse trends, brand awareness, and competition to support organisational growth.
* Manage and report on the allocated budgets to maximise ROI and ensure effective resource use.
* Working closely with other members of the marketing and sales team to set marketing objectives and plan activities.
* Provide expert marketing advice to venue teams to ensure adherence to brand standards in all areas.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Marketing or a related subject.
* Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and create strategic, creative solutions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A proactive, adaptable, and tenacious approach to work.

This is a hybrid role with time spent between our head office at Meadowbank and home working.
