Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a 4-star boutique hotel in an undisclosed location in North Wales to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager with strong operational and leadership experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will play a key part in the hotel's ongoing development as part of an independent hotel group with planned growth across its portfolio .
This opportunity is suitable for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager, or an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager ready to step into a management role.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all Food & Beverage operations within the hotel
Support the General Manager with the overall day-to-day running of the hotel
Act as Duty Manager when required
Maintain service standards in line with a 4-star operation
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Support team scheduling, training, and operational performance
About You Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations within hospitality
Proven experience within events such as weddings
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Strong operational, organisational, and communication skills
Experience working within a hotel or similar hospitality environment
A consistent approach to service quality and guest satisfaction
