Managing Partner - Client Services at McCANN Birmingham
We are a truly integrated agency, part of McCann Worldgroup, delivering advertising, media, PR, digital and data solutions under one roof. In this newly created role, you’ll work with the Head of Project Leadership to lead and inspire our teams, drive client success and profitability.
To be successful, you’ll demonstrate experience delivering complex integrated marketing projects for global brands, excellent people‑management, strong client relationship building, and financial and commercial leadership.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop teams, mentoring and motivating staff.
* Drive creative excellence, client satisfaction and profitability.
* Build strong internal and external relationships based on trust and collaboration.
* Own day‑to‑day account operations, ensuring smooth and profitable running.
* Maintain a curious mindset, continuously improving and expanding client activity.
* Take a partnership approach to developing mutually profitable, long‑term client relationships.
* Demonstrate strategic capability, interrogating opportunities and presenting clear thinking.
* Shape briefs with the planning team and ensure execution meets expectations.
