My client is seeking a Reservations Agent to support their short-stay offering for members booking stays of 728 nights. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who thrives on delivering excellent service, enjoys coordinating operations, and is highly organised.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage listings and reservations across multiple platforms
Coordinate with housekeeping, front of house, and membership teams to ensure smooth arrivals
Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
Respond promptly to member enquiries and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records and handle administration of bookings
Support reporting and process improvements to enhance the short-stay experience
Conduct outreach with local organisations and corporates
About You:
Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, co-living, or similar
Strong multitasking, organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident with systems and online booking platforms, including booking.com
Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Committed to delivering a high standard of hospitality
