Opportunity:
A new opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Training Lead to join a multinational company. The role involves managing and planning training for the implementation of Swiss TLM and German TLM & Payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analysis to understand training needs of different employee groups.
2. Identify specific skills and knowledge gaps related to the new Payroll and TLM systems.
3. Design comprehensive training plans including objectives, timelines, and methodologies.
4. Gather training materials working with our new vendor.
5. Collaborate internally with business stakeholders to develop training materials and delivery methods.
6. Create training materials such as manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations.
7. Utilize various training methods (in-person, virtual, recordings, manuals, information sessions) to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
8. Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, room arrangements, and resource allocation.
9. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and surveys.
10. Work closely with project managers, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on training outcomes.
11. Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
12. Report progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience with automation use cases to facilitate delivery.
