Who we are looking for:
The Director of Professional Services provides leadership, vision, and growth strategy for the Application and Identity Governance Technical Community. Ensures high-quality, profitable service engagements that build trusted advisor relationships with clients. Manages key consulting metrics such as utilization, profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction for the Identity Governance organization. Acts as a reporting point for all individual contributors within the Professional Services organization and is responsible for the care and development of the entire delivery team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop partnerships across service and domain areas.
* Manage a services team of over 10 members.
* Focus on client satisfaction during service delivery.
* Oversee engagement schedules and resource utilization.
* Create and maintain sales tools for Application and Identity Governance.
* Develop vendor and partner relationships within Identity Governance.
* Build relationships across Solution Areas, Practices, and with sales leadership.
* Ensure the skills and capabilities of the delivery team are maximized for quality and performance.
* Train and equip resources to meet customer expectations.
* Handle personnel performance and escalations.
* Enhance and streamline product security service line offerings.
* Grow, develop, and retain team members.
* Assist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years in information security and/or professional services.
* At least 8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management.
* 5+ years of mentoring and management in professional services.
* Deep understanding of consulting financial metrics.
* Proven experience leading delivery projects and successful client outcomes.
* Strong knowledge of Application Governance, Identity, and Access Management.
* Experience with Pathlock, SailPoint, and Saviynt solutions.
* Experience delivering services across various industry verticals.
* Operational experience in building consulting offerings.
* Understanding of current cybersecurity trends.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Desire to grow and mentor others.
* Experience working with enterprise software or systems integrators.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
* Experience in consulting, planning, resource management, and implementation of Governance solutions.
