The Role
You will work within a specialist private client team, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients. The role involves managing a caseload of wills, trusts and tax planning matters, contributing to the delivery of tailored solutions for both individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on inheritance and capital gains tax matters
* Drafting and reviewing wills and trust documentation
* Assisting with the creation and management of tax-efficient structures
* Supporting wealth preservation and family succession planning
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver client-focused solutions
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
About you
You will be a proactive and technically competent private client professional with experience in wills, trusts and tax planning.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Proven experience in private client work, including trusts, wills and tax planning
* Strong technical knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust administration
* Excellent client-facing skills and professional communication abilities
* Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
* Committed to continuous professional development and industry qualifications
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
