Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant Location: Northumberland Contract Type: Long Term Temporary Leader Education are recruiting a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Northumberland. This role involves working closely with children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, requiring resilience, patience, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively. The school is committed to providing the highest quality education for its 100 learners, addressing individual needs and closing any gaps in learning. Offering a broad and balanced curriculum that blends ambitious core subjects with creative opportunities, the school is dedicated to ensuring every child receives a high-quality, enriching educational experience. The normal working pattern is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 08:30 to 15:15, and Tuesday and Thursday from 08:30 to 16:00.
