A day in the life:
As an Operations Associate, you will manage a variety of business activities and administrative tasks for the Operations team. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this position will be responsible for managing the licensing process as well as carrier relations, which include but are not limited to the submission of appointment paperwork, review of carrier contracts, analysis of carrier contingencies, and integration of newly acquired companies.
This role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers. The ideal candidate should be able to resolve issues efficiently and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes the following:
1. Prior experience in insurance licensing, carrier relations, or contract management.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
3. Strong attention to detail, as well as strong demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
4. Proven ability to resolve issues and present results clearly and precisely in both oral and written communication.
5. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects amidst competing deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
6. Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or other related fields
7. Insurance designations
