Description
Stand alone position
Manage and process payroll function for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and legislation.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and implement changes in payroll policies and procedures.
Assist in audits and ensure payroll data integrity.Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
Proven experience in payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and accounting principles.
