What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work:36 Hours Per Week - Shifts Between 07:00 - 21:00
In this role, you can expect to support people in their own homes with a variety of daily tasks. This includes:
* Offering friendly companionship
* Assisting with personal care
* Helping with meal preparation
* Prompting medication
* Supporting mobility
* Follow individual care plans
* Report any concerns and uphold safeguarding at all times.
