Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own home. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and their families. A valid driving licence is preferred for this position due to our costumers locations.
Brief description:
* Providing support with domestic tasks in and out of the home
* Sensitive assistance with personal care routines, such as dressing and bathing
* Medication management and administration
* Rehabilitation and home-from-hospital care
* Specialist care for complex conditions
* Safe mobility around the home
* Meal preparation and cooking
* Companionship and emotional support

Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be a care assistant?
* Availability 7 am to 2 pm or 2 pm or 10 pm. (Every other weekend required)
* Valid driving licence and your own transport. (preferable)
* Kind and compassionate
* A supportive and caring nature
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Good verbal and written English skills
* The ability to be professional at all times
* The ability to support the service user with all aspects of personal care, including washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.

Pay: £12.30-£13.55 per hour
