Airtech, a market leader in ventilation solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow its national sales operations within the Social Housing channel.
Job Profile:
This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive performance, increase market share, and build long-term partnerships within the Social Housing and Local Authority sectors. Additionally, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for key account management for the Midlands, Southwest England, and South Wales.
The successful candidate will hold extensive experience within a similar role, ideally within a service-based or product-led sales environment, with specification sales being an advantage. You'll demonstrate strong leadership and a proven track record in managing a field-based sales team (direct reports = 2).
