Requirements
Experience as a Registered Manager within a care home for older people
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Experienced in quality management systems
Proven track record in managing good rated care homes
Excellent communication skills including IT literacyResponsibilities
Management of a residential care home
Line management of Heads of Department
Reporting into Regional Manager
Lead on quality and compliance
Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team
Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community
