The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic support and driving HR initiatives to align with business objectives. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to address workforce challenges.
Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
Deliver training and development programmes to upskill employees and enhance performance.
Contribute to organisational change initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
A successful HRBP should have:
Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partner role within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to analyse HR data and make informed decisions.
Experience in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools effectively.
A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 - £65,000
