Warehouse FLT Driver
Location: Hounslow / Hayes Area (Near Heathrow) Pay Rate: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate (Following Vetting) Shifts Available: 07:00 – 15:00 OR 15:30 – Midnight
We are looking for reliable and hardworking FLT Drivers to join our team covering the Hounslow and Hayes area. This is a dedicated Counterbalance Forklift role focused on warehouse organization and processing incoming freight within a fast-paced aviation cargo environment.
As this role involves handling air freight in a regulated environment, all candidates must undergo a strict aviation vetting process.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Stacking: Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift to stack, rack, and organize pallets within the warehouse.

Unloading Deliveries: Efficiently unloading incoming deliveries and ensuring freight is moved to the correct storage or transit zones.
*
Pallet Management: Moving built pallets to dispatch areas and ensuring they are racked securely.
*
Freight Checking: Matching physical goods against paperwork and checking for any damage upon arrival.

Safety & Security: Maintaining a clean work environment and following all aviation security protocols while operating machinery.
Requirements & Vetting (Mandatory)
To work in this regulated environment, we must complete full security clearance. You must be able to provide:

5-Year Activity History: A full, checkable history for the last 5 years (including employment, education, or gaps).

References: We will contact all previous employers or agencies from the last 5 years for references.

Criminal Record Check: You must pass a standard DBS (Basic Disclosure) check.

Right to Work: Valid documentation to work in the UK.
*
Forklift License: A valid, accredited Counterbalance Forklift certificate.
