TA3 s are increasingly crucial in terms of their flexibility and skills to provide short notice cover and support in school for short periods of unplanned absence and it is a central requirement of the role. Initially based in our vibrant and successful Early Years unit, you will: Have an interest in or prior experience of working with children who, with time, care and support, can enjoy celebrating even greater achievement; Have an interest in or prior experience of working with a range of professionals in order to prioritise the welfare, enjoyment of learning alongside the pursuit of the highest outcomes; Enjoy the challenge of stepping up to take classes at short notice when needed, any where in school. Attend INSET, internal meetings and tailored professional development; Drive learning in 1-1 and small group-work whilst equally encouraging independence as the learning journey progresses Work with SEND learners to achieve the best outcomes educationally and emotionally Lead the learning in a Read Write Inc Phonics group each day Work well with the wider school team as well as in the base classroom which will initially be in Reception class.
