We're looking for a skilled Panel Technician to join our team and help deliver the highest quality structural and cosmetic repairs in a dynamic, professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of commercial vehicles
* Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications
* Using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship
* Working to defined productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards
* Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, respectful workshop culture
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a panel technician in a Commercial Bodyshop or accident repair environment
* Experience in commercial cab and chassis jig/pulling, commercial body fitting, taillift, and all aspects of welding would be desirable.
* Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques
* ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification is desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
* A team player with a strong work ethic and a clear sense of accountability
