Are you passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare. This is a full-time position, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering truly incredible food experiences. Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
* Supervise our culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
* Support and train our teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel in their roles.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Has a minimum of two years of catering experience.
* Has experience managing teams in a similar role.
* Holds a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
* Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Is an ambitious and motivated individual eager to upskill.
