Compliance Business Partner – Personal Lines Insurance
Location: London / Hybrid
We are supporting a leading insurance business in the appointment of a Compliance Business Partner to support a growing Personal Lines insurance portfolio.
This is a senior advisory role focused on providing regulatory guidance across consumer focused products.
Key duties:
* Provide guidance on product governance
* Review and advise on customer communications
* Support the delivery of the UK Compliance Plan
* Act as a trusted compliance advisor
* Monitor and interpret regulatory change
* Support regulatory engagement
Experience required:
* Strong experience in a Compliance advisory role within General Insurance.
* Exposure to Personal Lines insurance products (essential).
* Strong understanding of UK insurance regulation and product governance.
* Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
