The Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of new business development and look after our growing portfolio of existing clients. You'll have your own office, the freedom to manage your own day, and the full backing of our technical, design, and marketing teams behind every pitch and proposal you make.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Generating new business through proactive cold calling, outreach, and follow-up
* Managing and growing relationships with our existing client base
* Selling our full range of services: websites, mobile apps, custom software, hosting, SEO, social media, and AI solutions
* Understanding client needs and matching them with the right BWAR solution
* Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
* Hitting (and beating) monthly sales and account growth targets
* Working closely with our development, design, and marketing teams to deliver for clients
* Keeping our CRM up to date and your pipeline health.
About You
This isn’t an entry‑level role. We need someone who can hit the ground running, so previous experience in our industry is essential.
You’ll need:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive within the digital, web, software, or marketing industry
* A confident, professional telephone manner — you’re not afraid of cold calling
* A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent commercial instincts and the ability to spot opportunities
* Self‑motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative (you’ll have your own office)
* Solid understanding of websites, digital marketing, and software services
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Organised, reliable, and target‑driven
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
* Office based at our Stoke‑on‑Trent HQ (51 Upper Huntbach Street, ST1 2BX)
* Early Friday finish every week — perfect for getting the weekend started
