* Salary: Grade 6 GBP27,254 : GBP28,598 pro rata (GBP14.13 : GBP14.82 per hour for qualified candidates).
* Schedule: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:30 : 16:15.
* Support: Unlike many settings, PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time is provided, ensuring you can focus on quality recording without the burnout.
* Specialist Impact: Work within a Specialist Support Centre (SSC), gaining invaluable experience with SEND and Speech and Language development.

We are looking for a Senior Childcare Educator who is physically fit, responsive, and resilient. Youll be the kind of professional who:
* Holds an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Childcare.
* Possesses a deep understanding of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice.
* Exhibits the interpersonal skills to build strong, empathetic relationships with parents and carers.
