Responsibilities
* Carrying out clinical continence re‑assessments to determine product eligibility
* Accurately recording all care and actions in patient records
* Taking basic observations and performing bladder scans
* Supporting safe and effective product use through education and guidance
* Managing buffer stock, including occasional delivery/collection of products
* Undertaking risk assessments and identifying onward referrals where needed
Qualifications
* Compassionate Healthcare Assistant experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently across multiple settings
* A caring, proactive approach to patient support
