What You Will Do
* Lead the Systems Engineering discipline for assigned programmes and projects, ensuring all technical and leadership responsibilities are met.
* Define resource needs and delegate tasks to project teams, ensuring efficient delivery of work packages.
* Develop and oversee technical solutions that align with customer requirements and industry standards.
* Provide technical direction across programmes, ensuring optimal approaches and risk mitigations are implemented.

What You Will Bring
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or significant industry experience.
