The role
We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join a specialist team responsible for the implementation and delivery of high-profile digital advertising campaigns. This is a non-client-specific role, meaning you will work across the full agency portfolio - offering broad exposure and genuine variety from day one.
You will be involved in campaigns from inception through to delivery, taking ownership of setup, management, quality assurance and ongoing optimisation. If you are technically capable, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a specialist and growing sector.
Key responsibilities
* Campaign setup, trafficking, and management across multiple platforms
* Quality assurance of ad creatives against campaign specifications
* Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving discrepancies
* Managing creative and ad tag distribution to media partners
* Driving efficiencies in the campaign activation process
* Collaborating closely with account management teams
* Supporting the training and development of junior team members
Skills & experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in Ad Operations
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
