At Evri, we’re passionate about connecting communities through brilliant communication. As our Marketing and PR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing, PR, and social media initiatives that bring our brand to life.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our Brand & Communications team - combining creativity, organisation and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll help make sure campaigns run smoothly, stories are told consistently, and our content connects with audiences both inside and outside the business.

1. Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing, PR, and social media campaigns across the Brand & Communications Department.
2. Work with senior communications professionals to deliver engaging content plans aligned to key events, national days, and retail moments.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather updates, ensure accuracy, and manage approvals for PR and social media stories.
4. Research and spot opportunities for creative, reactive content or emerging media trends.
5. Support the Press Office by managing the PR inbox, circulating urgent media requests, and assisting with press materials and news releases.
6. Assist with content production, briefing the in-house studio team and coordinating small-scale creative projects.
7. Provide assets and copy for external agencies and maintain up-to-date journalist contact lists.
8. Coordinate award submissions, maintaining the calendar, briefing teams, and celebrating wins internally.
9. Support charity and partnership initiatives, helping to deliver campaigns that make a positive impact.
10. Track campaign performance by updating KPI dashboards and compiling reports for internal review.

11. Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Experience in a communications or marketing role, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
13. A passion for PR, social media, and storytelling.
14. Excellent copywriting, proof-reading, and organisational skills.
15. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
16. Proactive and creative, with the confidence to share ideas.
