About the role Aspire Housing is continuing to invest in our Home Maintenance Service as part of our wider transformation programme. We’re growing our internal trade teams to strengthen the service we provide to customers, build more in-house expertise, and create sustainable opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers with us, all whilst making a difference in our local communities. These roles will be an integral part of the service delivery team in meeting the needs of our customers and the business, making this an exciting time to join a growing internal service. Interested, here’s what’s available: Multi-Skilled Trade Colleagues - Salary £36,249 per annum (For our voids and in-house repairs team) External Works Colleagues-salary £35,089 per annum Electricians – Salary £41,502 per annum What we need from you We are always thinking of smarter, simpler, and slicker ways of doing things so being adaptable to change, collaborating with others and the desire to improve the lives of our diverse customers is key. Do you have previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction? Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do, as “we champion our customers”? Are you passionate about making a difference and will take responsibility to get things done? Are a skilled and professional tradesperson? Have a flexible approach and able to take part in the out-of-hours call-out service? Hold a full UK driving license? If the answer is yes, then these could be the perfect roles for you!
