Your Role as a Sales Advisor
As a Sales Advisor at our Prudhoe branch, you will:
* Serve customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored product recommendations
* Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email, showcasing a proactive attitude
* Carry out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock and maintaining high standards
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently (this will involve some heavy lifting)
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 5:00 pm, with every other Saturday morning from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to bring the following to our team:
* Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or merchant sector is beneficial
* Prior face-to-face sales and customer service experience, delivering outstanding service
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* A dependable team player with a strong work ethic, ready to support all areas of the branch
* An eagerness to learn, paired with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
