Role: Building Services Design Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + car allowance.

💼 The Role:
* Produce detailed mechanical or electrical building services designs
* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and clients to deliver integrated solutions
* Use Revit, AutoCAD, and IES to support BIM workflows and design coordination
* Attend project meetings, conduct site visits, and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards, and client expectations

🎯 What You’ll Need:
* Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field
* 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
* Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and public health systems
* Proficiency in design software and BIM processes
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
