Brief overview of role for Salesforce Specialist:
This is a newly created role to start as soon as possible. Working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, you'll take ownership of our Salesforce CRM system following a recent integration, ensuring it delivers maximum value, efficiency, and insight across the business.
4. Support the management, development, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
5. The company is migrating from Hubspot to Salesforce
6. Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
7. Work with internal teams to resolve platform pain points and drive adoption
8. Develop automation, workflows, validation rules, and processes
9. Deliver platform training and documentation to improve usage
10. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
11. Maintain data integrity with deduplication and cleansing
12. Support the marketing team on an ad-hoc basis

13. Experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and implementation (Essential)
14. Salesforce Certified
15. Knowledge of CRM data governance and best practices
16. Strong communication skills - verbal and written
17. Able to translate complex technical challenges into clear, practical solutions
18. Collaborative and proactive approach
19. CRM user support and training experience are desirable
20. Happy to fulfill 3 weeks in office training (accommodation will be paid if needed)
The Benefits for Salesforce Specialist:
21. £35 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
