Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse with our clients, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering a high standard of holistic, person-centred care, assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
* Administering medications safely and proficiently in accordance with NMC standards and company policy.
* Providing clinical procedures, including wound care, catheterisation, and other complex clinical interventions as required.
* Supervising, mentoring, and directing care teams, including Senior Care Assistants and Healthcare Assistants.
* Maintaining accurate, timely, and legible patient records in line with regulatory standards.
* Working collaboratively with GPs, multi-disciplinary teams, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
* Acting as a resident advocate, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and independence are respected at all times.
What We're Looking For (Essential):
* A valid NMC PIN (RGN, RNLD, or RMN).
* Proven post-registration experience as a Nurse in a UK care setting.
* Excellent clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practice.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
* The right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
* Specialised experience in areas such as Dementia Care, Elderly Frailty, or Palliative Care.
* Additional relevant qualifications or certifications.
* A willingness to undertake new challenges and further training.
