Exciting Opportunity for a Leading Retailer!
Our client is looking for a Buying Administrative Assistant with strong SAP experience to support a range of senior managers. You will join the company's National Specialbuy team, responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure all data and record-keeping meet the required standards. You will work closely with colleagues across a global network.
Job Responsibilities
1. Creation and maintenance of product information within multiple systems (including SAP).
2. Focus on accurate data entry and maintenance of product information.
3. Collaborate with Buying teams to ensure product setup is completed accurately and on time.
4. Cleansing and updating records to ensure the most accurate in-house data, following data entry procedures.
5. Maintain confidentiality of information.
6. Respond to queries and update systems as appropriate.
7. Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
What We're Looking for in a Successful SAP Administrator / Purchasing Assistant
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
* SAP experience is essential.
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
* Willingness to go above and beyond when required.
* Team player, sharing best practices.
* Additional computer training or certification is desirable.
Pay rate: £12.25
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
