A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team, in Bishop's Stortford. The Role
As a key member of the Property Litigation team, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a broad caseload of property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
* Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary issues, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and enforcement of covenants.
* Delivering tailored, strategic advice to clients while ensuring the highest standard of legal service.
* Providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers, supporting their professional growth.
Who We're Looking For:
* A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 5 years' PQE in property litigation.
* A strong background in handling complex disputes with a proven record of successful outcomes.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-value cases independently.
* A passion for mentorship and team development.
