Income Officer Location: Flexible between Home and our Offices in Coalville, Leicestershire. (Travel required across the East Midlands). The role: We’re looking for motivated and customer focused Income Officer to join our Income Management team. As an Income Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers to sustain their tenancies while maximising rental income. You’ll balance delivering firm but fair income recovery with providing practical support and advice to customers experiencing financial difficulties. This is a varied role that combines problem solving, customer engagement, partnership working, and when necessary legal enforcement, all delivered in line with emh policies and values. Qualifications Educated to GCSE level 4 – 9 (C or above) standard, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
