Overview
Staff Nurse – Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join a specialist care team supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a safe, therapeutic environment. A dedicated and compassionate Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) is required to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients’ health, wellbeing, and independence.

Responsibilities
* Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients within an agreed framework
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in partnership with patients and their families
* Act as a named nurse and contribute to care planning and risk assessments
* Monitor and respond to changes in patients’ conditions
* Support junior staff and contribute to clinical supervision and reflective practice
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, and medication management policies
Requirements
* Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) with active NMC registration
* Minimum 6 months post-registration experience in LD or mental health settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to professional development and high standards of care
