Job Description:
* Position: Customer Service Advisor
* Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm
* Job Type: Temporary – 4 months
This is a temporary full time position working as a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and experience using the Microsoft suite.
Daily responsibilities:
* Provide general administration support to all departments
* Speaking with tenants who require repairs
* Scheduling contractors
* Checking information on the system
* Challenging any issues with providers
* Handling a high number of callS
Skills required:
* Proficient in Microsoft – Especially Excel
* Good Communication
* Great telephone manner
* Experience in social housing
