Your new role
As Fundraising Officer – Individual Giving, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering strategies that grow donor engagement and ie. You’ll work closely with the Senior Fundraising Manager and Marketing &munications Manager to createpelling campaigns and donor journeys that inspire long-term support.
1. Develop and implement an individual giving strategy to increase donor acquisition and retention.
2. Deliver engaging donormunications through an annual content plan.
3. Lead bi-annual individual giving appeals, generating six-figure ie.
4. Promote legacy giving and secure pledges.
5. Serve as CRM Administrator (Donorfy), using data to inform decisions.
6. Act as the first point of contact for public fundraising enquiries.
7. Ensurepliance with fundraising legislation and best practice.
8. Support occasional evening and weekend events.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working hours per week, with a salary of £29,000 per annum and the flexibility of hybrid working, based in Bath.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience in individual giving, regular giving, or legacy fundraising.
10. Strong organisational and project management skills.
11. Excellentmunication and content creation abilities.
12. Experience using CRM systems (ideally Donorfy).
13. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
14. Knowledge of the homelessness or social inclusion sectors is desirable.
