Assistant Manager – Babylon Retro Bar (Weekend Shifts)
Location: Warrington Hours: Weekends only (Friday & Saturday nights)
Reports to: General Manager We're looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Babylon Retro Bar – a vibrant nightlife venue celebrating the best of the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example with a strong, hands-on presence behind the bar.
* Oversee and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional bar operations.
* Confidently manage keg, gas, and postmix changes when required.
* Motivate, challenge, and support team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Uphold company standards across cleanliness, customer care, and product quality.
* Enforce Challenge 25 and promote responsible alcohol service at all times.
* Assist with stock control, till reconciliation, and end-of-night procedures.
* Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with management to maintain consistency and high standards.
Essential Requirements
Proven bar experience in a fast-paced, late-night environment.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
* Reliable, accountable, and confident in handling team and customer situations.
* Calm and positive under pressure, maintaining a fun yet professional team dynamic.
* Strong understanding of bar operations and customer service best practice.
