Role Overview
Reports to: Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
What difference will you make?
Your Purpose: You will collaborate with the CMCO to develop strategies, plans, and lead specific activities and initiatives. Your focus will be on building the brand identity, increasing awareness, and creating compelling marketing content for internal and external audiences across CHC projects.
What are we looking for?
About You: Passion for healthy lifestyles and charitable work, enthusiasm for excellence and innovation, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking combined with operational ability, high attention to detail, and experience in communications and digital marketing. Prior charity or volunteer organization experience is desirable but not essential. Fluency in English and project leadership skills are required.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and own the Marcomms strategy and communication plans.
2. Lead internal and external marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.
3. Build, lead, and motivate the Marcomms team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
4. Maintain brand consistency internally and externally.
5. Support funding opportunities through strategic communication and manage related expenditures.
6. Collaborate across marketing teams and support units like Graphic Design and Website Management.
7. Create internal communication plans in partnership with HR.
8. Lead marketing projects that align with strategic goals.
9. Work collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners.
