What Were Looking For
* Currently a Bar Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.
* At least 2 years management experience in a high-volume pub, bar, or late-night venue.
* Strong P and L understanding and confident leadership skills.
* A hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* You must hold a British passport and be open to relocating to Australia on a sponsored visa.
