Your new roleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you play a vital role in shaping children's early experiences. Your day will be filled with opportunities to support learning, spark curiosity and help children feel safe, valued and confident.Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework
* Building strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Observing and recording children's development to support their individual learning journeys
* Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team to maintain a high-quality setting
* Encouraging independence, creativity and confidence in every child
