The Role:

As our Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for landing Technology Projects across several Business Functions in alignment with the Business Strategy and Objectives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Support with the delivery of the tech plan requirements and review the user stories whilst bringing our colleagues on the journey
* Ensure the tech products which land are fit for purpose
* All tech is tried and tested in real live environments relying on colleague / customer feedback to help shape future iterations
* Attend meetings, managing actions and tasks to keep the project on track for delivery
* Challenge delays to the project and flag any risks to the relevant Tech Business Lead
* Review and analyse performance measures in all areas of the business and communicate trends to senior leadership as well as recommendations
* Use analysis methods such as time & motion, sales performance and satisfaction ratings to inform ROI for projects to determine benefit
* Produce clear rollout plans and send clear updates to relevant colleagues.
* Constantly review and challenge the ‘way we do things' to instil a culture of continuous improvement within the business
* Manage project budgets effectively and ensure return on investment from capital expenditure.

* A high level of understanding of stores and the operation
* Ability to effectively analyse data and information to find the root cause and make recommendations for solutions
* The ability to successfully prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of key Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word & Excel
