Senior Product Manager Should have : Ability to take requirements from the business and translate them to user stories Stakeholder management - good communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and the wider business Ability to work with a product team to deliver changes Ability to work and manage 3rd parties (such as design agencies) A cross-functional mindset with the ability to balance needs of product teams, marketing, support to great customer experience from discovery through sign up to launch.
